Rebuilding Sonshine's Outreach Center

The original vision that God gave to Sonshine Ministries included the creation of an outreach center for teaching, equipping, and worship training. To our surprise, the initial structure that opened in February 2023 collapsed in January 2025 due to a severe wind and rain storm. We have begun the rebuild process and we need your help. Moving the existing chapel space in Nyumba Ya Sifa (House of Praise) to the new pavilion will open up room for 16 more rescued children. The connection between the new building and the work of restoring, raising up, and equipping nation changing leaders is critical.

Importance of New Pavilion


  • Opens up room for 16 new children to be welcomed into Sonshine. 

  • Creates needed, larger space for Sonshine children and staff (now ~100 people) to gather weekly for prayer, praise, and instruction.

  • Provides planned, multi-purpose location to host worship events, training, workshops, seminars, church services, and community outreach. 

  • Allows for opportunities to develop Sonshine young adults with skills in event planning, management, administration, and leadership.

  •  Invites supplemental income for the ministry in the hosting of future events and activities at the center.
